How do I access the GALAXY VIP/STAR VIP Autograph and Photo Op Pre-Sale?

GALAXY VIP ticket holders can purchase autographs and photo ops 48 hours before the general public. STAR VIP ticket holders can purchase 24 hours before the general public.

Important: You must be logged in to a LEAP Conventions account using the same email address you used to purchase your VIP ticket. Otherwise, the pre-sale guests and their autograph and photo op options will not appear. You will see your name at the top right to verify you are logged in (see image).

Instructions:

1. Create your account if you don’t already have one. Purchasing a VIP ticket does not automatically mean you have a LEAP Conventions account. Use the same email address you used to purchase your VIP ticket.
2. Log in to your LEAP Conventions account before shopping.
3. Visit the SPACECON ticketing page during your VIP pre-sale window. Available pre-sale guests will appear, along with their autograph and photo op options.
