Can I UPGRADE or SWAP my tickets?

Any available ticket upgrades or swaps can easily be done from your confirmation page, which you can access by clicking “View Your Order Online” in your confirmation email.

TO SWAP to a ticket of equal value:

Click on the green SWAP button next to the ticket you want to change.  On the next screen, select the ticket you want and finalize the transaction.

Please note that it is possible to swap to a product of lesser value. You will not be reimbursed for the discounted ticket swap.

TO UPGRADE a ticket:

Click on the green UPGRADE button next to the ticket you want to change.  On the next screen, select the ticket you want from the dropdown box under "Upgradeable Products" and finalize the transaction by paying any additional fees.
