Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?

Tickets can be easily transferred to another person from your order confirmation page, which you can see by clicking “View Your Order Online” from your order confirmation email.

 

From your order confirmation page, scroll down to the red "Transfer Tickets" button. Click this and select which tickets you would like to transfer. Enter the recipient's information; first name, last name, and email address. Check the required box(es) and click "Begin Transfer". The Growtix system will send a confirmation email to the original purchaser to confirm the transfer. After this has been confirmed, Growtix will then send an email to the individual receiving the tickets. 

 

Claim the ticket(s) through the email and the transfer is complete! No further action is required, and the confirmation email will be sent to the individual receiving the ticket(s).
