A few weeks before the show, we’ll drop the full show schedule on our website and event app. Each photo op or autograph ticket has a GROUP letter or number (like “Group A” or “Group 1”) in the name.

Some fans worry about scheduling conflicts when they have two tickets with the same group, but don’t sweat it! Autographs, photo ops, and Q&As are at different times depending on the celebrity guest, so check the schedule when it’s released to know exactly when to show up for your listed group.
